- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've had my account through this bank for well over 5 years and in that I'm I've had my account hacked and over $400 stolen and they basically said oh well we can't trace it and now I travel out of state and it locks my debit card since out of state purchases but when I call they transfer me to a automated message to check my balance then I call again and get attitude and they put me on hold for 22 minutes then pick up and hang up on me. Is this a damn joke? I'm not screwing around this bank sucks anymore I need to not be screwing around while across or out of country on vacations or buisiness.
